TechCloud is a company that offers IT-managed services to clients, ranging from individuals to SMEs. Its services include routine antivirus checks, data and cloud management, secure provisioning and on- and off-boarding of devices, among others. My responsibilities include drafting work agreements for clients, managing client relations, copy-writing content, as well as simple engineer-level tasks.
