As an Associate Engineer Trainee (Electrical), I assist design engineers in their electrical system design activities. Point of contact for the Sales Team concerning all power products ranging from UPS, power switches, power filters and their accessories. As a sustaining engineer, I ensure that all off-the-shelves products are properly sourced with special components. This includes testing of alternate parts sourcing from new and current suppliers. I was mainly responsible for three product lines that contributed to 20% of all standard products that we sell. Support includes minor re-design of these products to be able to support particular customers from different industries like IT, aeronautics, military and government projects. I was also responsible in solving all existing issues by different customers in terms of product related or application related issues.
