Serves as the primary representative of Taylors International Service for multiple accounts in the South Texas area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Responsibilities:• Plan, create and serve superior meals and baked goods in abidance with menu plan• Prepare delicious food, well-presented and garnished, according to contract nutritional standards• Clean and sanitize all work areas and equipment to ensure safe food handling• Properly store, date and label food items in compliance with health and sanitation regulations• Keep storage areas clean and organized to ensure proper rotation of all products• Establish and maintain advance pull schedule for thawing frozen food items in cooler in compliance with safe food handling • Unload/store groceries and supplies as received, using proper rotation procedures • Control and maintain a balanced inventory of food, meat and supplies through proper and timely ordering• Conduct accurate and timely product and equipment inventories as scheduled• Participate in all safety activities such as meetings, drills, inspections and programs• Perform several workplace inspections daily in order to ensure high standards of housekeeping and food service are maintained• Train and mentor new employees on job responsibilities, duties and safe work habits• Establish and maintain good customer relations through courteous daily contact and quality professional service• Conduct written employee appraisals for positions supervised as scheduled• Develop behavior modeling and conduct to promote quality work, self-fulfillment and work ethics• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork as required• Other duties as directed by management
