Since 1999, he has been the resident veterinarian for Fox 6 Television on the “Good Day Alabama” program. His “Ask the Vet” segment has led the ratings since its inception. An additional popular segment he co-produce co-host where Veterinary Specialists are presented to demonstrate their area of expertise. He is a National News reporter for VNN, Veterinary News Network, as well as being a guest host on various radio and other media programs.He is a Member of The Board of Trustees Alabama A & M University. Founding Director, Red Mountain Wellness and Restoration Foundation. Founder and President The Dream Scholarship Initiatives.He has served or serve on several Boards of Directors at the Executive level, including, Alabama Veterinary Medical Foundation, Hand in Paw, Focus on Recovery, the Boule Foundation, and the Magic City Boys Choir. He is past president of the Jefferson County Veterinary Medical Association and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Jefferson State Veterinary Technician Program. He is on the Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine (TUSVM) Dean’s Advisory Board, is an Alumni Executive Council Member (TUSVM) where he is a life member of the Alumni Association. Additionally, Dr. Williams is Director of the Wellness Program for the Alabama State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners (ASBVME). The Wellness Programs provide a therapeutic, confidential environment for veterinarians, veterinary technicians and veterinary students dealing with substance abuse and stress related issues. He is a member of the JCVMA, ALVMA, AVMA, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity 'THE BOULE’, Tuskegee Veterinary Alumni Association, Alabama A&M University Alumni Association.
