Who I am:I am a sales and business development engineer for eRPortal Software Incorporation. I am a graduate of Western New England University with a B.B.A, Business Administration and Management and SAP certified.What we do:eRPortal Software is providing enterprise asset management and materials management software products and SaaS applications that enable companies to optimize operations, maintain assets and infrastructure, and manage all related materials, resources, and logistics. The software has been developed with an architecture that provides customers a solution that is exceptionally easy to use; with an interface that is configurable based on an individual’s daily tasks and organizational role. eRPortal has customers in multiple market segments and has developed lasting business relationships with Fortune 500 corporations, municipalities and utilities across the country, and the nation’s most prestigious educational institutions.What I do:My primary focus is to mine and develop business within our existing customer base and expand the use of eRPortal. My regular responsibilities include continuous communication reaching out to existing clients to educate them on upgrades, new modules, and offer training services. My role also includes me adding new users to our client base as their company grows with our product, and overall making sure our existing customers are happy and see value in our support. In addition, software demonstrations, proposal creation and follow-up, and conveying customer requirements or input to product management and support teams. All of this is done while simultaneously working on business development projects and cross selling campaigns to find new groups within each customer base to extend my services to.
