A key principle instilled in me by my parents is to leave a place better than it was before I found it and that is the standard I have held myself to throughout my career. Through my professional experiences, I have a track record of managing client relationships and optimizing business requirements to achieve benchmark results. I have experience in leading large teams in high stress environments by utilizing soft skills to push forward organizational objectives. My skillset involves utilizing quantitative metrics to produce strategies and leveraging my intrapersonal skills to present deliverables to stakeholders. In addition to my professional experiences, I am passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and serving the community. During my time at the University of Missouri, I co-founded an organization that provides a networking system for undergraduate minority students by connecting them with professionals and providing workshops directed towards the progression of the students’ professional development. Through this organization, college students and minority professionals are given a platform where they are able to build a relationship that triumphs generational gaps that exist between the two. I am grateful to say the organization is still active to this day and I have also found other organizations to serve the community in through my membership with the National Black MBA Association and Urban League. As they say, "The results of your life in the next 5 years will be based off the books you read and your network" and I look forward to connecting with you!
