Work closely with a cross-organizational team of directors, and other management representing Operations, Sales, Legal, Finance, Marcom, IT and other teams to ensure business and IT alignment.+ Provides and manages applications and services using a pragmatic entrepreneurial approach that simplifies IT for the business.+ Ensures compliance with industry, regulatory, and Garmin defined policies and standards (SOX, PCI, & GDPR).+ Aggressively negotiates contracts to best position Garmin financially and technically.+ Managed 3rd party partner relationships and contracts to drive maximum value for Garmin.+ Manages capital and expense budgets to provide the most cost effective services. Contributes to annual budget process and manage monthly reconciliation of budget to actual expense.+ Strives to be the best people leader possible... have fun, raise team energy, engagement, and enthusiasm while leading Infrastructure, Operations, and Service teams on a cluster scale (France, Benelux) with Agile practices.
