Co-creation of TalanCoin, an internal crypto-currency deployed to 1800+ collaborators.TalanCoin is based a on free-money principle backed by Ethereum smart-contracts and used through mobile applications.This crypto-currency fosters horizontal collaboration and gives incentives to our collaborators towards mutual goals.The crypto-currency can then be spent on either goods or preferably immaterial benefits like time given to spend on personal projects, living another co-worker's job, etc.

Consulting on JEE projects and alike for about 4/5 years, for various clients like Vivendi, BNP Paribas, BFI and Generali.Pre-sales beginning of 2007, project manager on various projects, CTO for a few years, and now in charge of trainings, knowledge sharing, and strategic technical subjects.As a CTO I helped new projects to bootstrap and provided expertise on many technical challenges. I also bootstrapped the internal learning solutions and helped coworkers in order to deliver more than 15 trainings (also did two: JPA and Cassandra).In order to provide a fully working environment for the trainings, I used many DevOps tools in an usual way (see link to my Devoxx FR 2012 conference below).Recently moving into a position where I coordinate knowledge sharing efforts on technical subjects, trainings but also help shaping strategic roadmap for the next technologies the group should invest on.

Following a POC built by Société Générale, ING and Mercuria, Société Générale wants to study how to proceed to bring into production blockchain & DLT projects and how to integrate them with their IS.This project, Easy Trading Connect, in Trade Finance on commodities, aims to digitalize ancestral processes still based on paper.The major difficulty of such project is the lack of trust between all the trade participants. DLT technologies enable, in a Consortium model, a digitalization and automation of processes.Involvements:- contributions on a blockchain & DLT whitepaper,- co-construction (Consortium mode) of the technical architecture for production and IS integration- co-construction of Non-Functional Requirements,- studies on Ethereum and Quorum,- studies on Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) solutions and partial disclosure of deals’ data,- co-construction on governance models within a Consortium.

 available through cloud computing providers such as Amazon EC2.The Elastic Grid provides two fundamental capabilities; (i) Increase the productivity of developers when using cloud computing assets, allowing for rapid deployment and federation of application assets on the virtualized compute platform the cloud computing providers create; (ii) Provide for the activation, monitoring and management of deployed application components in such a way as to enable fault detection and recovery, SLA based policy handling to include autonomic scaling and relocation to meet declared service level objectives.
