More than 25 years’ experience in Asset Management, holding strategic roles in Fixed Income Portfolio Management and Business Development. I am currently Head of Fixed Income Global Rates and I am honoured to lead a multi-cultural team of talented Portfolio Managers based in Paris, Zurich and Tokyo. Previously I was responsible for Fixed Income and Multi-assets Investment Specialists with a team based in London, Paris, Greenwich and Hong-Kong . I have a proven track record in managing large Fixed Income Portfolios (€30 Bn) European, Global Aggregate, Green Bonds, Inflation and Sovereign including ESG criteria. I have been regularly awarded by the industry and peers since 2000. I am having critical role in supporting commercial efforts and fund promotion across the globe including international roadshows, marketing events and high-level pitch within Retail and Institutional segments. As a spokesperson, I am used to dealing with media and participating to panels. I support innovation through product launch like global green bonds funds, strategic & thematic products. I truly believe that inclusive collaboration, flexibility and courage is vital to grow business and drive an organisation efficiently. I am president of AXA IM Mix’IN network which aims to promote diversity & Inclusion especially gender parity. I am also a Board Member of the Diversity Project Europe (DPE).
