I am a practitioner of AGILE development practices and everything-as-a-service, I have been fortunate to build global teams that have proven success in driving efficiency and developing new capabilities. My senior leadership experiences represent a 360 degree tour of the modern IT landscape - ranging from operations, engineering, architecture and governance, project and program management, and business-facing technology chief. I thrive in environments that are transformational and I am passionate about building a bridge between Business and IT in order to establish IT as a business enabler. I surround myself with people that have a passion for what they do and are willing to be accountable for themselves - I then cultivate an environment where they can excel in their talents and personal goals. I help non-technical leaders understand the complexities of managing technology and encourage them to apply their leadership skills in our mutual management of the IT discipline.
