Provides a tool for the notaries to manage their services and for the back-office to centralise all the orders for all suppliers:- Project management based on SCRUM methodology- Stakeholders’ needs analysis, including end users, marketing, legal department, and project supporters and study of the existing business process- Formalization of the needs in storyboard for the validation by the end users and in UML for the development team - Prioritisation of the need based on the benefits and the costs with the financial manager and product owner at each iteration- Supervision of the development team- Identifying corrective actions to address issues and risks properly- Setting-up qualification strategy depending on the risk and the exposure of each use case for the internal qualification and Animation of the phase of operational acceptance test with some end-users- Editing the User Manuals. "CPR-SNCF" is the illness insurance and the superannuation provider of the employees of the SNCFProject “Base des cotisants”. The project allows the pension manager to study and to manage the accounts of the SNCF's employees. It also provides a simulation tool so that the employees can estimate the amount of their future pension in accordance with the date of their retirement and an automatic mailing (triggered by different criteria) (PDF) of their account.
