Key responsibilities: • Investigated inbound and outbound partnership opportunities for Australia and created a diverse network of partners to raise foodora brand awareness through different marketing channels (EDMs, social media, display advertising, competitions, …).• Managed and executed in close collaboration with local and global teams all partnership campaigns from A to Z including a report at the end of a campaign presented to the management team.• Monitored Brisbane growth by checking daily KPIs and managed weekly meetings to guide a team of 7 employees in Brisbane. Operations manager key responsibilities:• Managed the daily operation of the delivery process and accountable for the delivery of food from Brisbane’s top restaurants to the customer on time and in perfect condition.• Managed and coordinated a network of 130 independent riders to ensure a high quality fleet of riders, including engaging /disengaging them. • Analysed and evaluated data and operational reports to determine an efficient schedule and develop strategies for growth.• Developed weekly shift schedule in line with budget requirements to maximise use of riders per delivery location.• Created delivery areas based on order growth whilst ensuring an average delivery time of 30 minutes from restaurant to customers is achieved.• Collaborated with riders to foster good rider morale and community engagement via the production of a weekly newsletter, organising social gatherings and special events. • Involved in the recruitment of riders and on-boarding program.• Worked closely with the City Manager regarding strategic decisions and new initiatives to launch new markets, partnerships and ensure growth. • Worked closely with the National Operations team, Key Account Management, Marketing and Sales Team to achieve record delivery times and ensure the best customer experience is achieved.
