About Jérôme Gabathuler
With over four years of experience in leading and conducting cutting-edge research projects in environmental science, I am an Innovation Engineer at LONGi Solar, a global leader in solar technology. My mission is to apply my expertise in physics, computer simulations, data analysis, and surface science to develop innovative solutions for sustainable energy generation and consumption.As a PhD student at ETH Zürich, I developed a Monte-Carlo algorithm to simulate electron transport in matter, and measured the higher-order light and its impact on the XPS and XAS measurements. I also planned and conducted 25 X-ray-based experiments and designed a whole programming environment for data analysis of XAS measurements. I have a master's degree in engineering physics from EPFL, where I focused on renewable energy and sustainability. I have also acquired certifications in body language, technical sales, and project management to enhance my communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. I am passionate about solving complex scientific and technological problems that contribute to a more sustainable world.
