With over 20 years of experience in the oncology and hematology field, I am currently leading the Oncology Hematology Business Unit at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), a global biopharmaceutical company. As an Executive Director, I oversee the strategy, operations, and performance of the business unit, which develops and commercializes innovative therapies for patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. I have a strong background in clinical trials, transplant, and oncology, as well as an MD degree from Faculté de Médecine de Grenoble. Prior to joining BMS, I was the Hematology Business Unit Executive Director at Celgene, where I successfully launched multiple products and expanded the portfolio in various markets. I am passionate about improving the lives of patients with cancer, and I strive to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within my team and across the organization. I am also committed to advancing the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda in the industry, and I actively support and mentor emerging leaders from underrepresented groups.
