I have had two careers spanning much of the past twenty five years, one licensing expert level language data to the most advanced technology companies in the world and the other driving a local delivery truck. I changed careers when my children started school, so I could be home for them while my wife worked evenings, and also to coach youth soccer (U8-U14). Water delivery is not easy on the body, and I knew when I turned fifty it was time to stop. After taking time to explore some local options, I have decided to return to college to become an elementary school teacher. My goal is to gain knowledge and experience in the classroom while earning a MSEd and following a path towards state certification and licensure.
