He has FMCG experience in sales and marketing with Johnson & Johnson Plc and Colgate Palmolive Plc. ​ He is a visionary founder and CEO of an innovative drinks company, demonstrating creativity, adaptability and resilience.He established drinks business Harlington Wine with the support of his Father in 2005 moving full time to work on the business from 2006. The company established through sourcing artisan wines to the trade achieving contracts with multi-national grocers; on trade groups; and providing import and consultancy services to wineries across the world.​ The company evolved and is now under HWB GROUP developing an alcohol-free wine brand planned for launch in 2024.HWB GROUP has further expanded into Business Advisory services supporting all sectors. He is an accredited business adviser (SFEDI) and Enterprise Mentor (IOEE), trained with the Association of Business Mentors. Spearheading European and UK Government funded projects he has supported 150+ CEOs and leadership teams in achieving sustainable growth and navigating uncertainty.
