Hi there! Heart-centered coaching is my #1 passion. It has been for over 5 years now.I help you foster more self-love into your life. Lack of self-love is the top reason why there is so much struggle around creating the life you want.At this time I only offer 1 to 1 sessions.I’m also a writer. For the past 5 years, I’ve been writing on sites like Quora and Medium. Here I’ve continued to write and build my coaching practice. I’m also very immersed in learning Spanish. My goal is to speak at a high level of fluency.I love horses and dancing (I did adult ballet for years in NYC).Growing up I rode horses almost every day. I worked on farms and developed an excellent work ethic. Some day soon it is my intention to get back into the sport.
