As the Director of Development and Partnerships at Building Changes, I'm dedicated to community-centric philanthropy, authentic community engagement, and driving systems change at the intersection of education, housing, and healthcare. My journey, which began as a classroom teacher and then as a co-founder, propelled me into the realm of systems change, motivating my current role at Building Changes. As the co-founder of Seattle School for Boys, I pioneered a social and emotional learning program for middle school boys integrated with an experiential education. I'm passionate about redefining masculinity in an equitable society, my commitment stems from firsthand experiences addressing the unique challenges of those historically marginalized.
