Through a couple of contractual projects under the UP Diliman, I was given the opportunity to redesign, rebuild, and relaunch the public websites of several offices.Primarily started out as an effort by the UPD Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration (OVCA) to resurrect its legacy Wordpress site, our project was able to build a comprehensive content management platform for the OVCA website that included the websites of all its constituent offices (HRDO, SPMO, etc). Years later, and this platform turned out to be a pretty robust system that we've been able to reuse for the relaunch of a separate office's public website--the UPD Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Development (OVCRD).Affinity Designer; Figma; Aurelia JS; Express JS; MongoDB; Unix/sh; Nginx.

As a Research Assistant, my role was to build tools and modules for the Galaxy Bioinformatics platform.
