Recently I decided to take the leap and explore a career change that combines my two lifelong passions: helping others and solving problems. I am currently pursuing my Google IT support professional certification through merit America, And as a part of the program I am sharpening my skills in troubleshooting, networking, and systems administration. It has already been an exciting journey and I’m excited to see where my learning takes me! I was always fascinated by technology. My curiosity about the way things work and my sincere desire to learn I’ve stayed with me and I’ve use my critical thinking skills to improve processes and create efficiencies throughout my professional career. I have experience working as a team lead, showcasing my ability to marry systems-thinking with a genuine people-oriented mindset. I also have extensive experience in customer service. I take pride in a job well done, especially when I can make someone else’s life a little easier, I enjoy doing all that I can to become a better so that I can help others while continuing to improve myself.I am excited to explore the word of tech.
