Dr. Lubbe is the CEO and Founder of his private practice, Thrive Neuro Health, located in Decatur, GA where he partners with entrepreneurs, makers, leaders and communities to achieve their individual goals through optimized brain and body function. He formerly served as the Executive Director for Cerebrum Health Centers, as well as the Clinic Director of their Atlanta facility. Dr. Lubbe has a passion for equipping, empowering, and encouraging colleagues, entrepreneurs and students to serve their patients, local communities, and their staff through continued training in the practical applications of functional neurology.

I am currently a full time student at Life University pursuing my Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as my Diplomate in Functional Neurology.

Directed training and involvement of all student volunteers and assistants who participate in grand rounds with Professor Frederick Carrick and his staff of clinicians at the Carrick Brain Center Atlanta.Responsibilities Included, but not limited to:Coordinate Neurology Clinic training as needed, of which will include but not limited to the following equipment:VNGCAPSBertecCase HistoryVideotapingSSEPOVARInsure appropriate assistance and coverage is available during training sessions to insure all students are adequately trained (including):Request student availability for potential observation timesCreating the schedule which insures appropriate coverage of all observation times during the weekInsure all staff have a copy of the completed scheduleNotify all students via MailChimp email service of their scheduled observation timesInsure that ALL students assigned for times RSVP for their scheduled timesStay in consistent communication with the Carrick Brain Center to insure any requests are fulfilled and the CBC is advised of trainings, scheduled observers, etc.Additional Responsibilities include:Insuring all diagnostic equipment and technology is working appropriately and troubleshoot when necessary.Insuring videotaping is being performed when necessary.

Insured every board member and officer understood their job descriptions and insured all tasks were being accomplished and completed appropriately and on schedule.Coordinated and scheduled the quarterly teaching topics, including choosing and assigning teachers for each topic.Chose and coordinated a guest speaker if necessary.Delegated appropriate tasks to the Vice President to insure that all tasks, goals and responsibilities are accomplished and completed.Stayed in constant communication with all officers in order to resolve any issues and/or problems that arise as quickly as possible to insure everything continued to run smoothly and efficiently.Attended every club meeting, whether presenting a topic or not, and insured that during break out session and clinical applications all students are being assisted/instructed by an advanced club member.Additional roles and responsibilities:Establishing objectives, Determining priorities and Managing timeGaining cooperation of others, Monitoring progress, Problem-solving and making adjustments to plans when necessary.Improved quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and then implementing changes.
