As a Linux Administrator for Rhythmic, I was instrumental in more than Linux. Working through Cerner, I supported the Children’s National Health System as a Senior Onsite Technician for the research department (three floors and hundreds of devices). Specifically, this included administering systems, devices, and equipment, as well as cabling and troubleshooting. I was also heavily involved in batch scripting and Active Directory updates.

As a Senior Computer Technologist for the University of the West Indies, I oversaw the entire computing infrastructure for the department. This included responsibilities related to the following:► Linux virtual machines on VMware ESXi server, routers, switches, and dual boot desktops► Coding and updating applications using Java and Python► PHP scripting► Serving as the main lab management point of contact ► Procuring software and reporting issues

Aided call in customers with technical issues they may have had with their ASUS desktop, tablet and laptops, set up RMAs (Return merchandise authorization). Providing customers with information concerning presales and hardware specification related questions.
