I implemented the projects and was fully responsible for implementing the necessary restructure and training.• Responsible for increasing turnover, margins and budget forecasting accuracy through the increased coordination of the Purchasing, Marketing, Sales and Stores teams• The Purchasing Department was trained on a daily basis (1.5hr) during 3 months to meet new criteria of efficiency and profitability. The mid managers were substituted and a new workflow was implemented in the Purchasing and Sales teams.• A new depth of information was processed and communicated to the Commercial Director to improve the efficiency of discounts, rebates and depreciation controls, improving the company margin in 1,5%. -
