Realized an academic research project focusing on Internet security issues at Victoria University of Wellington. Analyzed huge amount of unsolicited traffic (210 GB) collected by Network Telescopes (range of unassigned IP addresses) to understand hackers’ strategies at attacking networks. Identified new recurrent patterns and proposed software solutions to struggle against those parasites.
