With over 16 years of fleet management consulting experience, we have created client relationships all across the U.S. within the public sector (cities, counties, states, utilities) and the private sector (multiple industries including commercial truck) and also multiple fleet sizes.Although the physical technology hasn’t changed much, the development of associated and integrated technology has grown dramatically – which is great for the end-user. The software market is developing quickly for the fleet industry. Listening to our clients over the years has been key to retention and new sales. Something we heard a few years back was the concern of “willful negligence.” I asked this fleet manager to elaborate on his comment.
