I'm the non-linear educator that loves to learn new things. My career started with a job to meet my needs which grew into chasing multiple degrees while working full time and raising a family. On my non-traditional career path, I discovered that I love thinking out of the box and being a change agent. I've learned that while mastering the role you're in, take good notes as it will pay off later when fixing problems. Experience has also taught me not to obsess on problems, but rather pause, research, consult and then reengage. Most importantly, don't go it alone. I love to share knowledge and engage others. Nothing is more exciting than watching the "light bulb" moment in someone else's career. Helping others and watching them thrive is addictive!
