•Senior Analyst for the Headquarters Department of the Assured Mobility, Construction equipment portfolio. Portfolio has total obligation authority of approximately $200M in current and projected procurement funding. •Directs the development, implementation, and management for the Army’s modernization strategy for the assured mobility equipment portfolio and associated manpower requirements.•Performs as the principal advisor to Army Senior Leaders for all interest, issues or concerns related to the equipment procurement and modernization efforts and its impact on the Contested Logistics line of effort.

•Lead executive for the Army National Guard’s Maneuver Support systems modernization efforts consisting of: Mission Command, Intelligence and Electronic Warfare, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Assured Mobility and Protection portfolios. •Managed, developed, and mentored a team of ten personnel (Army officers and Department of the Army Civilians) •Responsible for conducting long range strategic planning and capability gap analysis to meet current and future modernization requirements of the Army National Guard.

•Provided analysis of Army force structure and the projected impacts of current and future Army force structure to assess the overall affordability, supportability, and sustainability. •Coordinated and facilitated routine decision-making forums, resulting in timely removal over 490 excess or obsolete pieces of equipment with an estimated costs savings of over $50M in future Army costs. •Developed, synchronized, and implemented the Army’s new priority force’s structure ‘Close Combat Force” enabling a cost-effective modernization strategy, of critical lethality capabilities within unit formations.

•Directed all internal and external daily staff actions within the Army National Guard Force Development Division. •Developed and enforced governing policies and procedures, through the establishment of organizational goals and milestones, to ensure the Force Development Division objectives were implemented in a timely, synchronized, effective manner.•Managed the Division Chief’s daily activities and schedule. Coordinated and reviewed all formal and informal communications on the behalf of the Division Chief, to include email management, policy memorandums, military/civilian award narratives and evaluations.

•Managed and over saw all organizational Day-to-Day activities to include professional education, training and new employee in-processing requirements.•Team lead for formulating the modernization strategy and funding recommendations for submission to the Department of the Army Program of Objective Memorandum (POM). •Provided management policy guidance regarding equipment acquisition, Army Future Year Defense Program (FYDP), National Guard and Army Reserve Equipment Appropriations (NGREA).

•National Guard Bureau staff lead, for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Functional Application Working Group (FAWG). Ensured all unique National Guard dual mission, (stateside and wartime) requirements were understood and accounted for, for all modernization and capability development efforts. •Led in the development of NGB internal resource oversight and synchronization working groups with Army and Air National Guard stakeholders, to ensure all requirements and concerns are adequately addressed though the capability development process. •Assisted in strategy development in DoD, NGB regulations, instructions manuals and memorandums resulting in the development of numerous strategic reports and policies in support of both DoD Contingency Plans, and Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) initiatives.

•Directed and controlled all Military Police operations for 163 personnel resulting in four cohesive, effective platoons, capable of performing all military police and staff functions. •Responsible for and oversaw organizational preparation, logistics operations, and execution of all Military Police mission and core competencies training events. •Performed Defense Support to Civil Authority (DCSA) operations to provide security and humanitarian support to State agencies, in numerous Hurricane response missions directed by the Governor of the State of Mississippi and Adjutant General.

•Directed the development and implementation of unique Army National Guard requirements for the Digital Training Management System (DTMS). Requirements include the implementation of ARNG unique training monthly training cycles and annual two-week training periods. •Directed and motivated a team of six mobile DTMS instructors, who trained all 54 States and Territories with the implementation and routine usage of the new training platform.•Performed the duties as the interim Army National Guard Distributed Learning Classroom Program Manager

•Served as a Battalion Area Staff officer by directing and monitoring all elements of Force Protection North, Khaberi Crossing and Explosive Ordinance and Demolition (EOD) Teams.•Provided oversight, direction, and guidance within the Tactical Operations Center for the Security Forces North Area of Responsibility (AOR). •Successfully tracked and debriefed the execution of over 360 area response forces missions,140 administrative movements and two personnel recovery operations in Iraq.

•Directed all internal and external daily staff actions within the Army National Guard Force Human Capital Management Division. •Managed the Division Chief’s daily activities and schedule. Ensured Division Chief or representative were fully prepared for all meetings and senior leader engagements ahead of time.•Coordinated and reviewed all formal and informal communications on the behalf of the Division Chief, to include email management, policy memorandums, military/civilian award narratives and evaluations.•Managed all military and civilian new staff new hire processes. Managed all job announcements posted on the Army “Tour of Duty” and USAJobs hiring systems.

•Duties and responsibilities include enforcing local, state, and federal; laws and statutes, including local county ordinances. •Conducted criminal investigations and arrests for misdemeanor and felony crimes committed within the county. •Performed as the Assistant Team leader for the Warren County Special Response Team (SRT). Duties and responsibilities included facilitating preoperational briefs, post operation after action reviews and leading classroom instruction and training events. •Special Response Team: responsibility include but are not limited to executing of high-risk felony warrants.
