I have experience with Ocean shipment, Air Shipment and Trucking. I started out as an Export Officer in, where I provided the customers with the least costly and fastest shipping time possible. I worked for one of the biggest ship lines providing Great Customer Service through email and by phone guiding the customer and ensuring all docs were provided to ensure a smooth sailing. I am now working in the transportation Logistics field as an Import/Export Coordinator working closely with the customer from start to finish as I schedule and coordinate delivery of goods. Currently, my biggest account is Dept of State and Amentum. While coordinating these accounts, I have saved the customers a ton of money and also implemented new processes for the customer to effectively and efficiently transport their goods.
