Accessed company guided websites for Recovery Agents names, locations and type of recovery vehicles to better assist in Client Vehicle recoveries. Posted GPS coordinates, addresses and notes on private servers for agents to recover vehicles. Cleared daily notifications for assigned accounts on sensitive information received while off duty. Coordinated with various other departments to secure units as they changed different levels of priority and titles. Coordinated with co-workers to exchange information to better assist clients on priority cases
