1. Project Delivery (30%) ▪ Support partners to manage all aspects of the project cycle including planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation. ▪ Work with partners to identify needs for technical support in relation to trachoma elimination estimates ▪ Ensure that project partners (Province and Local Governments) monitor case finder and outreach work and deliver high quality project deliverables on timely basis. 2. Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (30%) ▪ Ensure high quality and ethical MEL approaches are embedded in all interventions in the context of the project ▪ Support routine data collection, entry, cleaning, and storage are accordingly implemented with program needs and according to recommendations. ▪ Support partners on management of TT tracker and alignment with the physical data collection tools. ▪ Support cleaning of TT tracker data along with administrators. ▪ Collate data in the quarterly data collection TT sheet and provide report on implemented activities. 3. Partnership and Networking (20%) ▪ Build effective partner relationships and support longer term relationships that go beyond the duration of individual projects by disseminating information and advocating for Sightsavers work. ▪ Promote shared learning and collaboration between partners by facilitating partner networks and meetings. ▪ Liaise with partners supporting trachoma elimination to coordinate activities and produce the best expected outcomes. ▪ Support partners in production of reports and transition plans and full geographic maps to inform the country dossier preparation. 4. Financial & Resource Management (10%) ▪ Assist project partners in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and activities requests. ▪ Ensure that partners submit timely financial or activity returns. ▪ Support monitoring of expenditure of project financial resources in liaison with the Finance Team. 5. Information & Communication Management (10%)

• Supervise the activities of 12 District Managers and 71 Community Mobilizers.• Responsible for preparing the PMC (Community Mobilization Package) including the inclusion of the issue of GBV.• Responsible for creating a strategic plan for implementing Community Mobilization activities including genderframing in all implementation plans.• Responsible for preparing the budget to carry out annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly activities.• Support District Managers in implementing the community mobilization activity plan.• Train District Managers, Community Mobilizers, and implementation partners in community mobilization content.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for the Project.• Strengthen links between the Project and Government partners, DPE, SDEJTs and SDMAS.• Strengthen the link between the Project and UniRovuma implementing partners in the Gender AnalysisComponent.

• Supervise the activities of 27 Reading Facilitators in the Literacy Component.• Prepare school books (LA, Decodable Books, Student Books in Changana, Ronga, and Portuguese) (use "prepare"instead of "preparation")• Train Basic Education Teachers in methodological teaching content.• Train data digitizers in the use of EGRA.• Manage the Project budget for the Literacy component (use "the" before "Project budget")• Prepare quarterly and annual plans, and share them with partners and the donor.• Liaise with MINEDH and INDE and other interested parties at different levels, to ensure their understanding andcommitment in the process of implementing project activities.• Work with local schools to develop, identify, and report on the needs of SDEJT teachers, students, and staff.• Coordinate the MEAL component and generate learning from implementation.
