Engaging in all aspects of the sales cycle from cold calling to closing of opportunities. I focused on selling solutions that many times included products from multiple vendors (Cisco, VMware, Storage, etc..). My dedicated effort in providing solid solutions to my clients led to the building of a network of vendors concentrating on delivering products and services with strong profitability. I build enduring relationships with clients that result in their repeat business time after time. My knowledge of engineering and understanding of how to do business with our business partners is highlighted by the efficiency and accuracy of our implementation services. Gathering the exact business requirements from clients and transferring that knowledge to the implementation team ensured our value add as a trusted business partner to our clients. This also led to additional revenue by offering a prepaid support contract to our clients.

Idagen LLC provided consulting services to small and medium-size professional businesses. Service LANs and WANs for various small and medium-sized businesses. Design and recommend Asterisk IP PBX for multiple call centers with International offices. Design and coordinate installation for a multiple WAN site. Coordinate with various vendors to successfully turn up DIA T1 circuits and PRI circuits forvarious clients. Negotiated Master Distributor agreements with two different vendors which positionedIdagen to build its own network of distributors throughout South and Central America. Negotiated all service contracts with clients. Managed day-to-day technical operations. Designed and programmed a suitable billing solution using MS SQL Server 2000.

Developed Billing system, managed databases, managed cisco IVR scripts, implemented VoIP gateways and gatekeepers, managed international VoIP network.

Developed intranets and internet sites in cold fusion for the incubated projects. Development technologies used were Cold Fusion and Oracle 8i database.
