I am an interpreter from Danish into Spanish and vice versa. I work directly with all kinds of people who need to communicate different problems and situations in their daily lives. I am passionate about helping people to express and solve their concerns and needs. I try to provide a professional service. My focus is on learning more every day and improving my vocabulary. I enjoy being the way of understanding between the sender and the receiver. I have experience in interpreting in the fields of health, police and legal interpreting, family, institutions, school, employment, integration and education. I have experience as a face-to-face, telephone or video call interpreter. I write articles in Spanish for the Welcome to Copenhagen blog, with valuable information on different topics of importance for foreigners who want to get to know or move to Denmark. I also write about all kinds of topics on my blog.I volunteer for the Danish Red Cross as a conversation partner in a program called Snaksammen (Talking together) with all kinds of people. My job as volunteer is specifically to have a good conversation with the people who need to talk, and in that way I can help them counteract feelings of loneliness and social isolation.I have a Youtube channel called “Society Issues”. With my knowledge of communication, I have been able to take it from having 0 followers to a thousand followers and this number will continue to grow. In this project, I am using the strategies and methods I have learned in my studies and in the different courses I have completed on my own.
