Roles and Responsibilities Client Meetings and Creation of proposals Delegate tasks to team members, manage projects, keep clients in the know, and other administrative affairs of the office. Specific Responsibilities and Project Management Duties:Organize project timelines, milestones, and tasks, communicate those with team members and customers.Conduct Daily Status meetings with team members. Prepare task for each member of the team that will serve as the agenda of the meeting. Communicate any issues, concerns, or updates about tasks or projects that may have reported from the client. Customer Service: As the primary point of contact for customers I am expected to facilitate phone calls, and emails to process their requests. When a client makes a request or has a support issue, verify and understand the issue or request. Communicate an estimated timeline and cost. Assign the task to team members with clear instructions.­Work with team members to create a clear roadmap when their expertise and experience to sanitize tasks.Communicate the status of the task including any issues or delays to the customer.
