I am an alumna of the University of Missouri-Columbia, and I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, minoring in Sociology and Multiculturalism. After graduation, I plan to continue my education in a forensic psychology master's program at The Professional School of Psychology in Chicago. Throughout my undergraduate career, I have mentored other students, advocated for social injustices and equality with NAACP (National Advancement Association for Colored People), and worked as a site leader for an after-school program that served elementary school students. My goal career is to work with at-risk youth and juvenile delinquents in the criminal justice system, I aspire to help these individuals find resources and opportunities to become active and successful members of society. I am very passionate about public service and advocating for the success of youth. As a team leader, I have one year of experience that includes supervisory skills, time management, program management, program planning, and interpersonal communication with co-workers and parents. I have worked in childcare for 3 years now, and I have worked with children from the ages of newborn to 5th graders.
