My specialty is to drive revenue and growth by bringing people and ideas together to create a vision for success, supported by plans that are measurable and achieve results. One common denominator throughout my career has been to link objectives with the guest experience knowing that happy customers are the best storytellers.I’ve built and led teams across a variety of specialist leisure travel brands, from luxury guided touring to small-ships, river cruises, ocean cruises, private jet expeditions, to all-inclusive private travel tailor-made for some of the most traveled guests on the planet. I’m known for creating innovative experiences on land, sea, rivers, and in the air, that generate demand, provide higher margins, and create excitement among loyal customer advocates. I’m also passionate about lead generation and conversion and use and teach these skills every day, because without them many businesses simply fail. Having responsibly adopted and mastered digital technology, I’ve used marketing automation software and co-created mobile apps to dramatically improve ROI for retention and lead generation efforts in high-touch brands that rely heavily on personal referrals. Experienced and equally accomplished with private equity, private ownership, and publicly traded global businesses, I have been fortunate to develop and manage high-performing leisure travel companies, and led a North American portfolio of nine specialist tour operator brands for the world’s largest leisure travel company based in the UK and Germany. To be successful in each of these environments, I’ve consistently delivered results that improve shareholder value and create meaningful employee and customer engagement that fuel growth.

This privately held collection of small‐ship cruise brands in Alaska, Mexico, and the Pacific Northwest, was also the official concessionaire of Alaska’s Glacier Bay National Park, the 3.3 million acre crown jewel of the US National Park System.
