Temporary staff job, providing timely and critical administrative support for the Department of Undergraduate Studies in the School of Nursing during the beginning of Fall Semester. Helped organize Welcome Week, communicating with faculty advisors and advisees, and aiding the onboarding of 156 Freshmen, the largest new class to date. Assisted students, fielding questions about class enrollment, scheduling difficulties or personal matters. Tracked enrollment and progression of over 600 students in traditional, accelerated and partnership programs. Ran database reports to keep instructors and directors informed. Built the schedule for Spring 2022. Created a "how-to" presentation for building the schedule for use by future Program Assistants. Produced a list of inefficiencies and areas needing improvement in the scheduling process, delivered to Undergraduate Director for consideration in future process improvement.

Ran an RV rental business; offered for rent a modern Class-C RV with all amenities included. Averaged two customers per month with a 5-star customer rating. Facilitated some fascinating adventures, from epic family road trips to the Grand Canyon, to NASCAR fans parking at Talladega, to a BBC journalist following a story across eight states. While the RV was on the road, spent much of the time creating art and planning the next entrepreneurial endeavor.

Collaborated with other squadrons, managed teams of pilots, IT, aircraft maintenance, intelligence, and weather personnel. Flew missions in a virtual team environment, coordinating with agencies at locations around the globe. Worked a tour as a liaison to senior officials at the Pentagon. Led a team of schedulers which produced daily, weekly and long-range schedules for 200 employees.
