Works closely with ADA Tripartite database staff. Prepare reports for the Council on Membership and Membership Services, the Board of Trustees, and the House of Delegates. Prepare and submit dues transmittance to the ADA and ODA Component Societies. -Maintain and update all IT and A/V hardware including software oversight and maintenance.-Provide staff support to the Council on Membership and Membership Services, implementing ODA policy and programs for the Council. -Supervise staff and projects of the Membership Services Manager.-Supervise staff and projects of the Special Projects Manager. -Maintain email distribution lists for Councils, Committees, Taskforces, Board of Trustees, DENPAC, House of Delegates, and other groups as assigned.-Develop and implement paperless meetings, videoconference meetings, and all other electronic communications for Councils, Committees, Taskforces, Board of Trustees, DENPAC, and House of Delegates.-Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the ODA Annual Meeting. Responsible for all meeting technology, contracts, signage, and awards. Serves as staff support for the House of Delegates and other projects as assigned. -Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy
