As the Director of Operations I oversee and support a dynamic group of professionals including the OKIE811 Contact Center, Quality Assurance and IT teams. My focus is on providing support and resources to enable individual and organizational success in our mission to provide quality underground damage prevention services.

Responsible for membership recruitment and retention oversight, ODA/ADA membership records/database, IT systems, and supervises the Membership Services Manager and the Special Projects Manager. Major Duties and Responsibilities:-Assist the Executive Director with the implementation of ODA policies related to membership services, member records, and technology.-Implement member records process to include: Maintain the ODA membership records database: prepare daily membership income deposits, dues income and disbursements, reports, dues invoices, and drop letters. Works closely with ADA Tripartite database staff. Prepare reports for the Council on Membership and Membership Services, the Board of Trustees, and the House of Delegates. Prepare and submit dues transmittance to the ADA and ODA Component Societies. -Maintain and update all IT and A/V hardware including software oversight and maintenance.-Provide staff support to the Council on Membership and Membership Services, implementing ODA policy and programs for the Council. -Supervise staff and projects of the Membership Services Manager.-Supervise staff and projects of the Special Projects Manager. -Maintain email distribution lists for Councils, Committees, Taskforces, Board of Trustees, DENPAC, House of Delegates, and other groups as assigned.-Develop and implement paperless meetings, videoconference meetings, and all other electronic communications for Councils, Committees, Taskforces, Board of Trustees, DENPAC, and House of Delegates.-Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the ODA Annual Meeting. Responsible for all meeting technology, contracts, signage, and awards. Serves as staff support for the House of Delegates and other projects as assigned. -Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy

Responsible for the recruitment and retention of ODA members and Annual Meeting coordination and registration. Serve as Executive Secretary for rural component dental societies. Serve as staff liaison to the Council on Membership and Member Services and coordination of all programs under this Council.Major Duties and Responsibilities:1. Assist the Director of Membership and IT with the implementation of ODA policies related to membership.2. Provide staff support to the Council on Membership and Member Services. 3. Coordinate and represent ODA at all Council on Membership sponsored events and other events as needed.4. Work with Membership Department staff on ODA recruitment and retention programs. 5. Responsible for all membership processes and procedures. Assist members with general questions and inquiries.6. Serve as the Executive Secretary for rural component dental societies.7. Communicate with the ADA and Component Dental societies regarding membership issues.8. Serve as the backup staff for membership records (processing dues payments, preparing deposits, updating records, etc.). 9. Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the ODA Annual Meeting. Responsible for coordinating all functions with hotels and convention centers, registration, hospitality suite, past presidents’ lunch, CORD meeting, new dentist functions, and other special projects as assigned. 10. Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy (OkMOM) project.

- Assist in plant operations and maintenance.- Maintain Environmental compliance such as hazardous waste, liquid spills, air permits, and other DOT and EPA Regulatory Standards.- Complete quarterly environmental and safety audits.- Input and maintain all maintenance logs for each engine located on the plant grounds.- Serve as a safety officer on various projects such as plant fuel line relocation, dehydrator valve change, and coil replacement on dehydrator fans. - Complete and submit job safety and environmental analysis forms for all work processes.
