Pioneered the Iskandar Property Census that systematically tracks Iskandar properties using Census and not sampling data. The result is published in www.iskandar-property.my. Prior to the founding of Datamine, I was an associate director at TNS Singapore. Started my research career at Nielsen Malaysia and migrated to New Zealand for more than a decade where I was an economic statistician at Statistics New Zealand in the Inflation Measures division.
