Responsible for creation, maintenance and enhancement of the CNY Inmate Information System (CNYIIS) for the two local jails - written using IBM RAD with an IBM DB2 database backend and Java Server Pages (.jsp). Responsible for Probation Department report writing; I am the NYS TraCS liaison for Onondaga County, supporting all County Sheriff Department and 24 local town and village police departments in their effort to write and send e-tickets and crash reports to the State of New York; proficient in iReport and Jasper Report writing; responsible for enhancing and maintenance of the Employee Benefits Retiree application and database, as well as report writing covering insurance coverage and premium reports.

Provided assistance to 7 - 10 Labor Relations Specialists as it relates to contract proposal preparation, legal assistance application, correspondence writing, and general office duties.
