I worked as a process engineer for a multi layer ceramic capacitor manufacturer. I helped them start up their new plant and then I helped them optimize it. Some of the projects I completed were the installation of inline Brookfield viscometers which continuously measured viscosity of the dielectric. It also added solvent to keep the paint within.

I helped them start up their new sintered bauxite plant. I wrote the start and standard operating procedures for all the equipment, trained operators, worked shifts at times, and optimized the ball mill and gas fired rotary dryer.
