Program team, Faculty, and Author support – Distribute communication, assist with educational content development and delivery, maintain required documentation for all individuals in control of educational or scientific content. Educational program operations – Assist with course implementation, oversee scheduling (live and virtual) and location assignment of courses, manage supply and equipment procurement process, update and maintain content database, manage production of course materials, provide assistance to users of content management, registration, and scheduling systems as needed, organize scientific content for presentation at SSH educational activities. Communications and promotion of live and virtual educational activities, review websites and social media for accuracy and currency. Leadership support – assist in preparations, organization, and facilitation of planning committee meetings, resolve administrative and logistical problems through collaboration with departments and staff. Educational program evaluation of each course, provide recommendations for educational program improvements

Mayo Clinic

Collaborates with physician and non-physician course directors in the design, implementation, and evaluation of continuing medical education courses. Education consultant to physician and non-physician course directors, manage course budgets and finances, develop and implement effective course marketing plans, negotiate supplier contracts, and execute and document the course planning process. Effective and timely project management in multiple projects, inclusive of both internal and external resources of MSCPD and Mayo Clinic. Responsible for ensuring that Mayo CME programs meet all Mayo policies and Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) essential areas and standards. Design educational needs assessment tools, develop behavioral objectives, design/implement CME courses, and evaluate course outcomes with the goal of improving patient care
