Received my Bachelor's of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management in August of 2011 from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Since then, I have worked almost every position within restaurants and event venues: server, bartender, event manager, dishwasher, catering staff, event coordinator. No job is too little. My favorite part though is absolutely the joy on a client's face after everything comes together as they imagined.
