I am deeply passionate about social entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership education, organizational development, personal growth, social change, and my wonderful family.Throughout my career, I have worked as a keynote speaker, team and organization builder, professional coach, professor, change-maker, barista, business owner, researcher, leadership engineer, and workshop facilitator.I have taught various college courses, including Social Entrepreneurship, Management Theory and Practice, Change Leadership, Managing Innovation, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Customer Relations, Strategic Management, Leadership and Supervision, Leadership for a Purposeful Life, Organizational and Community Leadership, Social Change, and Processes.Whether I am in the classroom or the boardroom, my top priorities are interdisciplinary content (recognizing that everything is connected), interactive teaching/facilitation strategies (people learn best when they are engaged), and inquiry-based learning (making them eager to learn more).
