I am a System Administrator at Activu, a leading provider of software-based visual solutions for mission-critical environments. I am currently pursuing a degree in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University, after completing a year of Computer Science studies at Brookdale Community College. My core competencies include Microsoft 365 Administration, Backup & Restore, and Information Technology Infrastructure.In my role at Activu, I have been involved in various projects and tasks that require technical skills, problem-solving, and communication. I have provided technical support to end-users, managed and maintained Veeam Data backup for 12 servers and 9 Fileshares, deployed over 15 laptops using Autopilot, and assisted in the configuration of Intune, MDM, and Exchange. I have also installed, upgraded, and configured over 50 sites with the Activu software suite, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues as necessary. Additionally, I have integrated 3rd party AV equipment such as Crestron and Extron products, configured large-scale video walls, and worked in a Windows server environment. I enjoy working with my team and co-workers, contributing to the success of our projects and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. I am motivated by learning new technologies and skills, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
