Thanks to almost 7 years' working experience at REACH24H as a consultant, I have gained lots of precious experiences on chemical regulatory compliance industry and also have below skill enhanced greatly:1, Consultancy--Be capable to learn new chemical regulations, transfer the knowledge gained into actual regulatory compliance proposal. listen to clients carefully and help them to find the best solution in accordance to their true needs and situation. 2, Sales--Think about customer, always thinking about how to help clients have the problems solved quickly. Be clear about the core competitiveness of our services, products, myself and show them to clients. Close the deal, assign projects, monitor projects and keep clients update on the progress. 3, Project management: Work with colleagues efficiently and closely to implement projects, coordinate and monitor the projects. Report the progress to clients regularly, always keep clients informed and act as a bridge between client and technical team to solve the problems when there is anything wrong or urgent.4, Marketing--Host & attend seminars and other events in different target countries like China, Korea, US, Malaysia, Singapore etc., give speeches both in Chinese and English to introduce chemical regulations and latest regulatory updates. Coordinate internal resources and external resource to complete marketing events.Now I have get used to work with clients, partners and colleagues from different countries and areas, with whole picture of how a request from client can totally be meet, from inquiry, products analysis, proposal preparation, project implementation, project completion to post-works. High sense of responsibility and time sensitive make me be able to help clients have tasks assigned completed timely.
