Completed projects focused on the integration and networking of control systems for HVAC applications for multiple vertical markets including healthcare, bio-pharmaceutical, and data centers. Performed data queries and analysis using advanced excel formulas on approximately 60,000 assets that revealed nearly 40,000 corrections of asset information such as asset's billing accounts, zone locations, and buildings. Worked alongside technicians in learning how various assets operate and are tested including buildings pumps, air conditioners, exhaust fans, and fume hoods. Recorded information for over 1,200 assets belonging to six new buildings that were under construction on the Stanford campus. Worked closely with mechanical engineers in developing new preventative maintenance schedules and work orders based on the specifications of assets in designated buildings.
