During my time at Crowe, LLP working as a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant I was a workstream lead that implemented Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning, Inventory management, Warehousing (Advanced and Non-Advanced), Intercompany, and Transportation. I also worked within a Finance workstream when called upon through Inventory, Production and Procurement costing. As a functional consultant, I was responsible for data strategies and validations, developing and creating end user training material, creating functional designs for client customizations (ranging from low to custom complexities), prototyping client customization as well as prototyping daily standard operating procedures, and functional acceptance testing. Also within this time, I prided myself by developing creative ways to create analytical reporting through various pipelines of data. These data pipelines included SQL databases, Power BI reports, Excel power query reports, and SSRS reports. Through the project implementation I used various Microsoft applications including Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Databases, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Power Point. Through my project implementation timelines I worked within an Agile methodology. This includes, but not limited to, Kaizen, Lean, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies. I also had the pleasure of collaborating with the Pre-Sales team to create demos, configure environments and present during the RFP process. One key takeaway from Crowe that I am extremely proud is that I was apart of a implementation cycle that was regarded as "One of the best Go-Live's in Crowe history" by our CEO and board of directors. This go-live had minimal change request and service now tickets submitted post go-live. I also acted as a liaison between the support engineering team and the functional consultant implementation team by advising on various service now tickets, when applicable.

I was given the opportunity to manage an internship program through Clark Logic and Dr. Sime Curkovic's Lean Six Sigma Problem-Solving class during the Fall semester of 2019. I was tasked with managing 12 interns, creating projects that benefitted Clark Logic and the students, keeping the students on task and acting as their liaison and much more.
