· Assesses current project and use heavy BA type skills to review and develop forward thinking plansDevelop plans for user training – both written and CBT (Computer Based Training)· Establish plans for user training – both written and CBT (Computer Based Training), includes State Workers, Support Staff, Employers of Applicants and Consumers.· Conduct, “train-the-trainer”, and/or outsource general and specialized training sessions, such as those concerned with employee orientation· Conducts field need assessments to define the information and skill areas requiring training aids and programs. · Determines and develops training methods to be used to educate employees on changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. · Develops training materials and outlines in conformance with selected instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and the most effective training delivery methods, such as self-paced, individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.

•Construct and maintaining training data and testing the training environment, as well as developing and maintaining training materials.•Delivers pre-go live training implementations and provides Go Live support.• Administer learning assessments to ensure understanding of class content and provide remedial training.• Facilitates classes for Physicians, Medical Assistances, Registers and Schedulers, both for basic End-Users and SuperUsers.

Contributes to development of integrated workflows working closely with the rest of the project team, subject matter experts and technical leads to define processes that cross applications and functional areas.Collaborates to seek resolution of system design conflicts for points of integration and communicates risk implications to team lead/project manager.Conducting and documenting gap analysis, creation of interface project plans
