Jerry is a freelance writer and editor. Jerry's the author of over a thousand magazine articles and columns. He's interviewed such persons as UFO Expert Dr. J. Allen Hynek, Roy Rogers, Arnold Schwarzenegger, vampire researcher Dr. Steve Kaplan, actor Steve Kanaly, etc. Along with his wife, Sharon, he's co-author of over eighty internationally published novels. Jerry is considered an expert on concealed weapons and regularly writes about firearms, knives and swords. He writes rather eclectic monthly columns in GUN WORLD Magazine and DILLON BLUE PRESS, as well as a column on swords in KNIVES ILLUSTRATED. THE DISASTER, CRISIS AND EMERGENCY HANDBOOK, THE GUN DIGEST GUIDE TO CONCEALED CARRY HANDGUNS and ARMED FOR PERSONAL DEFENSE for F-W Pubs and (along with his wife, Sharon) the novel WRITTEN IN TIME for Baen Books. Along with Sharon, Jerry is quite active in freelance book editing, helping budding novelists to turn their manuscripts into professional quality books. Jerry has lectured on subjects as wide ranging as futurism, concealed weapons techniques, creative writing, survivalism, etc. Jerry is a former teacher, magazine editor and manufacturer. Married in 1968 to his high school sweetheart, Jerry and Sharon have two grown children and five grandchildren.
