As a Quality Assurance consultant for Kiewit Offshore Services on the Chevron Bigfoot Project, my responsibilities were to:• Review 3rd party piping manufactures documentation to ensure that materials meet client piping specifications• Review shop drawings / spool sheets for discrepancies • Review NDE and verify that all required testing has been completed on finalized welds• Review Kiewit documentation to ensure accuracy of construction isometric drawings to P&IDs• Review documentation for welder continuity• Managed an inspection team of 12 to complete NDE per piping specification• Assure that all NDE completed satisfies the client approved inspection matrix• Merge collected data from all manufacturing parties, confirming that all welding / fabrication processes and NDE is complete on piping systems prior to hydro testing• Audit hydro test packages for code required documentation and final acceptance prior to client approval

As an on-site maintenance contract inspector over Complex VII at Valero Refinery in Corpus Christi, TX, my responsibility was the Mechanical Integrity inspections of all process / utility systems of 22 units. My daily activities required an RBI assessment and/or modification of the ITP for all fixed equipment. I performed all internal and external visual inspections of process equipment and reviewed/verified collected NDE corrosion data from the core on-stream group. I worked closely with client representatives providing the most accurate information to make informed decisions on repair or replacement of piping and fixed equipment and assisted in planning turnaround scopes.

As a lead Quality Assurance subcontract inspector for Kiewit Offshore Services on the Shell Olympus Project, I was responsible for coordinating a team of 15 piping inspectors to perform daily Inspections and:• Review of design / shop drawings and all client fabrication procedures.• Review and monitored piping during fabrication to ensure materials met client piping specifications. • Auditing of pipefitters and welders during fabrication / field installation of piping to ensure Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) were followed.• Inspection of in-process welding and construction of spools / systems for Visual / Dimensional acceptance.• Auditing welding consumable storage areas to ensure storing is per manufactures recommendations and KOS Yard Practices.• Performing audits on personnel to ensure that KOS Yard Practices, ITPs and Shell Specifications are being implemented and followed.• Generate punch-list on outstanding work / re-work as required.• Inspection of construction completed systems for completion and final acceptance prior to client approval.• Audit piping hydro packages to ensure that NDE meets approved matrix before hydro.• Witnessing of hydro tests performed on completed spools / systems for final acceptance per ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3 and client specifications.• Creation of “Quality Fliers” to address concerns and raise awareness of KOS / client standards. • Issue or contribute to NCR when necessary.• Complete Commissioning check sheets and final punch list to submit to Client for review and approval.• Execute/participate in daily safety meetings and weekly quality meeting with crews
